Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@erickhill.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from erickhill.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to request a full refund including shipping charges. If you purchased your ErickHill product through an authorized retailer, please return your ErickHill product to the retailer with proof of purchase and in accordance with its policies.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service support@erickhill.com. You must return the product to ErickHill in good physical condition, not physically broken or damaged. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

Returns FAQ

What if I do not have the original shipping carton?

If you do not have the original packaging, we can send you a replacement shipping carton for a nominal fee. This charge will be deducted from your refund. If you are interested in this service please contact our Customer Support team.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

When we receive the product at our warehouse, we will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts have been returned and the product is undamaged. Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, we will process your refund and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.
