ErickHill ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.
Shipping Time
Generally, we deliver the package from the United States, Europe, Japan and Australia. The delivery time only takes 3-7 working days.
If there is no stock in the warehouse, we need to deliver the goods from the factory, which will take 10-20 business days.
Shipping Area
Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Erick-hill.com doesn't ship internationally, but our products are available on the Amazon store in Europe, Canada, Japan and etc.
Cancelled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@erick-hill.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
