ErickHill ships with FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS for our deliveries.
Shipping Time
Due to COVID-19, the global delivery time may be one or two weeks longer than before.
Generally, we deliver the package from the United States, Europe, Japan and Australia. The delivery time only takes 3-7 working days.
If there is no stock in the warehouse, we need to deliver the goods from the factory, which will take 14 business days.
Shipping Area
Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Erickhill.com doesn't ship internationally, but our products are available on the Amazon store in Europe, Canada, Japan and ect.
Cancelled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@erick-hill.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1-2 working days
- Shipping time: 2-5 working days
- Processing time: 2-4 working days
- Shipping time: 8-20 working days(ship from factory)
