About the free sample program

The free sample program is a valuable and unique activity. Our users receive free merchandise and in return they provide relevant insights and critical feedback. It will help us improve our products and drive our innovation process. As our user, you can sign up to receive free samples of existing and pre-release products in exchange for unbiased feedback. This helpful and insightful feedback will inform other consumers and urge us to provide better product and service.

Who can participate in this program?

Applicants who meet some of the following criteria will be given preference. However, you do not have to meet all selected criteria.

♦ Willingness to express opinions on the product

♦Log in with your community account (create a free account if you don't already have one!).

♦Read the rules for the free sample program.

♦Find the product you want to test.

♦Fill out the application form and wait for us to get back to you.

♦Click the "submit" button.

Participate in the process

First, you need to provide complete personal information, including your name, email, nationality, (we will only use this information to screen your application, we will never share it).
Second, be specific in your trial plan, including how you will use the samples, how your reviews will be presented (to contribute product reviews in youtube videos, review articles, social media reviews, you need to send us the review link!).
Third, complete a product survey (not every product has a survey).
Fourth, you can register multiple products at the same time, but only one product can be selected at a time.
♦ Copying someone else's trial program or failing to submit a link for review will result in disqualification of future free sample programs.
♦ We will notify you by email if you have been selected for the free sample program, reconfirm participation and shipping information.

Sample delivery

Samples will be sent to selected testers once you reply to our email confirming participation and submit your shipping address.In all cases, we try to ship product samples in a timely manner no more than two weeks after the tester's announcement.

Review submissions

● You are not required to post your review video or review article to a specific website, but you may share your review on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), YouTube, the Erickhill community, blogs, forums, trading sites or other online spaces comment of.
● If you share your review on social media, don't forget to tag #Erickhill #Free Sample Program and tag our official account to increase your chances of being retweeted.
● You can share your review form and status via email, if you do not submit a review link after two weeks, you will be disqualified from future free sample programs. (If there are extenuating circumstances, please send a private message to support@erick-hill.com in advance.)
● If you are selected as a tester, you will not be able to test other products while completing the current assessment task. Please note that incorrect or broken links will not be approved.
● Once you have submitted a comment, Erickhill reserves the right to use, edit and republish your submission.
● High-quality reviews will have the opportunity to be pinned to the top page for more page views. If your review is pinned, you'll get an extra gift that you can use on future purchases.
